DESCRIPTION

· The TF2104M is a high voltage, high speed gate driver designed for N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in a half bridge configuration.

· It utilizes TF Semi's high voltage process, enabling the high side to switch up to 600V in bootstrap operation.

· Compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels (down to 3.3V) for easy interfacing with control devices.

· Available in PDIP-8 and SOIC-8(N) packages, operating from -40°C to +125°C.

FEATURES

· Floating high-side driver supports up to 600V in bootstrap operation.

· Drives two N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half bridge configuration.

· Enhanced performance in noisy motor applications.

· Output current capability: 290mA source, 600mA sink.
