DESCRIPTION

· The TF2136M is a three-phase gate driver IC for high voltage, high-speed applications, driving N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration.

· It features high voltage process enabling high sides to switch to 600V in bootstrap operation.

· Logic inputs are compatible with TTL and CMOS levels (down to 3.3V), enabled low for high noise environments.

· Includes shoot-through protection, undervoltage lockout for VCC and VBS, and overcurrent protection.

· Available in SOIC-28 package, operating from -40°C to +125°C.

· Outputs tolerant to negative transients, dV/dt immune.
