DESCRIPTION
· The TF2388M is a three-phase gate driver IC for high voltage applications, driving N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration.
· It features high-side drivers capable of switching up to 600V in bootstrap operation.
· The IC is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels down to 3.3V, designed for high noise environments.
· It includes protection features like shoot-through prevention and undervoltage lockout for both VCC and VBS.
· Available in SOIC-20 package, operating from -40°C to +125°C.

· Three floating high-side drivers with bootstrap operation up to 600V.
· Output current capability of 420mA source and 750mA sink.
· Logic input compatible with 3.3V.
· Internal deadtime of 315ns to protect MOSFETs.
· Matched propagation delay time maximum of 50ns.
