DESCRIPTION
· The TJ2998 linear regulator is designed to meet JEDEC SSTL specifications for DDR-SDRAM termination.
· It features a high-speed operational amplifier for excellent load transient response.
· The output stage prevents shoot-through, delivering up to 2A continuous current and 3A transient peaks.
· Includes a VTTSNS pin for superior load regulation and a VREF output for chipset and DIMMs reference.
· Features an active high enable (EN) pin for Suspend To RAM (STR) functionality, allowing power savings in low quiescent current mode.
