DESCRIPTION

· The OPTIREG™ PMIC TLF30681QVS01 is a multi-rail Power Management IC designed for automotive applications, particularly Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). It features a battery-connected buck regulator (Buck1) delivering 3.3 V to external loads and two low-voltage post-regulators. The first post-regulator (Buck2) offers an adjustable output voltage from 0.9 V to 1.3 V via SPI, while the second post-regulator (Boost1) provides a 5.0 V output for up to two CAN transceivers. The device supports 16-bit SPI communication for status reading and control features like PWM synchronization, operating at a nominal switching frequency of 2.2 MHz, adjustable from 1.8 MHz to 2.5 MHz in 100 kHz steps. It can synchronize to an external clock and provide synchronization signals for other DC/DC regulators in the system, along with two voltage monitoring channels.
