DESCRIPTION

· The TMC6130 is a high-current motor driver designed for compact and energy-efficient BLDC solutions.

· It drives N-type FET 3-phase motor control applications and includes all necessary power and analog circuitry.

· Features built-in EEPROM for extensive configurability without external resistors or SPI interface programming.

· Monitors and controls all output voltages, with a current shunt amplifier offering high gain bandwidth and low noise.

· Combines bootstrap and charge pump to drive 6 (or 3) NFETs with minimal self-heating.

· Supports low-voltage operation with an IC reset level below 4.5V.
