Overview

DESCRIPTION



· The TMP112B is a high-accuracy, low-power digital temperature sensor designed to replace NTC/PTC thermistors.

· It offers extended temperature measurement from -55°C to +150°C, with ±0.5°C accuracy in the range of -40°C to +125°C.

· Operates at a supply voltage of 1.4V to 5.5V with a maximum quiescent current of 10µA at 4Hz.

· Features a 12-bit ADC providing a resolution of 0.0625°C.

· Compatible with SMBus and I2C interfaces, supporting up to four devices on a single bus.

· Includes an SMBus alert function and is available in SOT563 package.
