DESCRIPTION

· The TNY284-290 TinySwitch-4 Family is an energy-efficient, off-line switcher with line compensated overload power, covered by patents and/or pending patent applications.

· It features a 725 V rated MOSFET, increasing BV de-rating margin and dramatically reducing max overload variation over universal input voltage range.

· The product offers selectable current limit through BP/M capacitor value and tight I2f parameter tolerance to reduce system cost.
