DESCRIPTION

· The TPW4053 is a three single-pole dual-throw (SPDT) analog switch designed for analog or digital multiplexer/demultiplexer applications.
· It features three digital select inputs (S0, S1, S2) to control three independent switches and a digital enable input (/E) to turn off the switches when /E is HIGH.
· The device operates on an enhanced process for lower power dissipation and high switching speeds.
· It supports break-before-make switching to prevent momentary shorting during channel switching.

FEATURES

· Analog Switch Voltage: 3.3V, 5V, 10V, ±5V.
· Low ON-State Resistance: 50Ω (Vs = ±4.5V or 9V), 60Ω (Vs = 4.5V), 300Ω (Vs = 3V).
· Bandwidth: 200 MHz.
· Fast switching times: tON = 60ns, tOFF = 50ns.
· Operation Temperature Range: –40°C to 125°C.
