· The TPW4066 is a four-channel single-pole single-throw (SPST) analog switch designed for analog or digital multiplexer/demultiplexer applications.

· It features four digital select inputs (S1, S2, S3, S4) to control four independent switches.

· The device is built on an enhanced process, offering low power dissipation and high switching speeds.

· It operates effectively as either a multiplexer or demultiplexer with an input range that extends to the supplies.
