DESCRIPTION

· The TS410x family includes the TS4100 8-channel analog multiplexer, TS4101 dual 4-channel analog multiplexer, and TS4102 triple SPDT switch.

· Operates at supply voltages as low as 0.8 V, accepting input signal swings up to 5.25 V.

· On-resistance variation is less than 1% over the entire signal swing range.

· Supply current is only 675 nA, with input and output leakage less than 0.5 nA.

· Fully specified over the –40 °C to +85 °C temperature range.

· Available in a 16-pin 3.3 mm TQFN package with an exposed back-side paddle.
