DESCRIPTION

· The TS7001 is a pin-for-pin, 1.5x faster alternative to the AD7887, offering a 2-channel, high-speed, micropower, 12-bit ADC.

· It operates from a single +2.7V to +3.6V power supply and achieves a throughput rate of 187.5-ksps with a 3 MHz serial clock.

· Features include a wideband input track-and-hold, straight binary output data coding, and the ability to convert signals up to 10 MHz.

· Includes an integrated 2.5V reference, with the option to use an external reference via the VREF pin.

· Designed for low power consumption, it uses 2mW in normal operation and 3μW in power-down mode.

· Available in an 8-pin MSOP package and fully specified from -40ºC to +85ºC.
