DESCRIPTION
· High-speed drivers designed for complementary switches.
· Facilitates soft switching transitions with programmable delays.
· Operates with PWM-type input and interfaces with PWM controllers.
· UC1714 series inverts AUX output for P-channel MOSFETs.
· UC1715 series features true complementary outputs.

· Independently programmable time delays from 50 to 500 ns.

· ENBL pin activates 220-μA sleep mode.
· Power output is active-low in sleep mode.
