DESCRIPTION
· The UCx84x series are control ICs designed for off-line and DC-to-DC fixed-frequency current-mode control schemes.
· They feature an undervoltage lockout with a start-up current of less than 1mA and a precision trimmed reference.
· Includes PWM comparator, current-limit control, and a high-current totem-pole output stage for driving N-channel MOSFETs.
· Available in various package options and temperature ranges, with different hysteresis ranges for specific applications.
