DESCRIPTION

· The XC6220 series is a high-accuracy, low-noise, high-speed, low-dropout, and high-current CMOS voltage regulator with GreenOperation function.

· It includes a voltage reference, error amplifier, current limiter, inrush current prevention circuit, phase compensation circuit, and driver transistor.

· Features a 0.2 Ω on-resistance driver transistor and supports output currents up to 1A.

· Offers ultra-low dropout voltage, enhancing battery life, and includes GreenOperation for automatic switching between high-speed and power-saving modes.

· Compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors for output stabilization.

· Output voltage is adjustable in 0.05V increments from 0.8V to 5.0V using laser trimming.

· Equipped with over-current protection and thermal shutdown circuits.

· Includes inrush current protection to minimize VIN fluctuations during startup.

· CE function allows output to be turned off, reducing power consumption in standby mode.
