DESCRIPTION

· The XCL211/XCL212 series is a synchronous step-down micro DC/DC converter integrating an inductor and control IC in a compact 3.1mm × 4.7mm, h=1.3mm package.

· It operates within a wide voltage range of 2.7V to 6.0V, supporting externally set output voltages.

· Features include synchronous rectification at 2.4MHz, with XCL211 offering PWM control and XCL212 providing automatic PWM/PFM switching control for enhanced efficiency across various loads.

· Includes high-speed soft-start, UVLO function, and a built-in CL discharge function to prevent malfunctions in standby mode.

· Input voltage range: 2.7V to 6.0V; output voltage range: 0.9V to VIN.

· High efficiency up to 94% at VIN=5.0V, VOUT=3.3V.
