Soldering Guidelines
- Hand Soldering:Recommended for repair and rework.Use a soldering iron with less than 30W.Keep the temperature under 300°C.Each terminal should be soldered for less than 3 seconds and only once.
- Reflow Soldering:Use the conditions shown in the figure below.Maximum of two reflow cycles.Avoid applying stress to the LEDs during heating.Allow the product to cool to room temperature before handling.
Cleaning
- Alcohol: Recommended for cleaning after soldering.Temperature: 30°C for 3 minutes or 50°C for 30 seconds.
- Ultrasonic Cleaning: Effective method.Maximum power: 300W.Pretest to ensure no damage to LEDs.
Precautions
- Storage:Sealed in moisture-proof and anti-electrostatic bags with desiccant.Unopened products have a shelf life of one year.Store at ≤30°C and ≤60% RH before opening.After opening, store at ≤30°C and ≤10% RH and use within 168 hours (7 days).Recommended workshop conditions: ≤30°C and ≤60% RH.Baking treatment: (60±5)°C for 24 hours if moisture absorbent material has faded or storage time exceeded.

- Handling:Avoid touching the encapsulant with bare hands to prevent contamination.Do not apply excessive force to the LEDs, especially during reflow soldering.
