DESCRIPTION

· The XRP6141 is a synchronous step-down controller for point-of-load supplies up to 35A.

· It operates with a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 22V, suitable for standard 5V, 12V, and 19.6V rails.

· Utilizes a proprietary emulated current mode Constant On-Time (COT) control scheme for fast transient response with ceramic capacitors.

· No loop compensation required, simplifying circuit design and reducing component count.

· Features selectable power saving mode for increased efficiency at light loads.
