DESCRIPTION
· The XRP6141 is a synchronous step-down controller for point-of-load supplies up to 35A.
· It operates with a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 22V, suitable for standard 5V, 12V, and 19.6V rails.
· Features a proprietary emulated current mode Constant On-Time (COT) control for fast transient response.
· No loop compensation required, simplifying circuit design.
· Includes selectable power-saving mode for increased efficiency at light loads.
· Comprehensive protection features: over-current, over-temperature, short-circuit, and UVLO.
· Available in a 16-pin 3x3 QFN package, compliant with RoHS.
