DESCRIPTION

· The XRP6141 is a synchronous step-down controller for point-of-load supplies up to 35A.
· It operates with a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 22V, suitable for standard 5V, 12V, and 19.6V rails.
· Utilizes a proprietary emulated current mode Constant On-Time (COT) control for fast transient response with ceramic output capacitors.
· No loop compensation required, simplifying circuit design and reducing component count.
· Features a selectable power-saving mode for discontinuous mode (DCM) operation at light loads, enhancing efficiency.
· Includes comprehensive protection features like over-current, over-temperature, short-circuit, and UVLO for safe operation.
· Available in a RoHS compliant, green/halogen free 16-pin 3x3 QFN package.
