DESCRIPTION

· The 74ALVCH162601 is an 18-bit universal bus transceiver with integrated 30 Ohm termination resistors and 3-state outputs.

· It features bus hold inputs and supports bidirectional data flow controlled by output enable, latch enable, clock enable, and clock inputs.

· The device operates in transparent mode when latch enable is HIGH and latches data on clock transitions when latch enable is LOW.

· It is fully specified for partial power-down applications with IOFF circuitry to prevent backflow current.
