DESCRIPTION

· The 74AVC1T1022 is a 1-to-4 fan-out buffer designed for clock distribution, featuring dual supply voltages (VCC(A) and VCC(B)) for voltage translation.

· It includes one data input (A), four data outputs (1Yn and 2Yn), and an output enable input (OE).

· VCC(A) and VCC(B) support voltages from 0.8 V to 3.6 V, enabling low voltage translation across various levels.

· The device incorporates Schmitt trigger inputs for tolerance to slow input transitions and I OFF circuitry to prevent backflow current when powered down.
