DESCRIPTION

· The 74AVC1T1022 is a 1-to-4 fan-out buffer designed for clock distribution, featuring dual supply voltages (VCC(A) and VCC(B)) for voltage translation.

· It includes one data input (A), four data outputs (1Yn and 2Yn), and an output enable input (OE).

· VCC(A) and VCC(B) can operate independently within a range of 0.8 V to 3.6 V, facilitating low voltage translation across various levels.

· The device incorporates Schmitt trigger inputs for tolerance to slow input transitions and I/OFF circuitry to prevent backflow current when powered down.



FEATURES

· Wide supply voltage range: 0.8 V to 3.6 V for both VCC(A) and VCC(B).

· Complies with multiple JEDEC standards for various voltage ranges.

· High data rates up to 380 Mbit/s depending on voltage translation.

· Robust latch-up performance exceeding 100 mA per JESD 78 Class II.

· High ESD protection: HBM exceeds 8000 V and CDM exceeds 1000 V.

· Operational temperature range from -40 °C to +125 °C.
