DESCRIPTION

· The 74HC123-Q100; 74HCT123-Q100 is a dual retriggerable monostable multivibrator with reset.

· The output pulse width is programmable via external components (R EXT and C EXT).

· The pulse width can be extended by retriggering edge-triggered inputs (nA or nB).

· The output pulse can be terminated by a LOW-going edge on input nRD.

· Inputs include clamp diodes, allowing interface with voltages exceeding VCC using current limiting resistors.

· Schmitt-trigger action on nA and nB inputs ensures tolerance to slower input rise and fall times.

· Qualified to AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) for automotive applications.
