DESCRIPTION

· The 74HC573-Q100 and 74HCT573-Q100 are 8-bit D-type transparent latches with 3-state outputs.

· Features latch enable (LE) and output enable (OE) inputs for control.

· When LE is HIGH, data inputs are transparent; when LOW, data is latched.

· OE input controls the high-impedance state of outputs without affecting latch states.

· Includes input clamp diodes for interfacing with voltages exceeding VCC.

· Qualified to AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) for automotive applications.
