DESCRIPTION

· The 74LV4060 is a 14-stage ripple-carry counter/divider with an integrated oscillator.

· It features three oscillator terminals (RS, RTC, and CTC) and ten buffered parallel outputs (Q3 to Q9 and Q11 to Q13).

· The device includes an asynchronous master reset (MR) that clears all counter stages and forces outputs LOW.

· The oscillator can be configured for RC or crystal circuits, or replaced by an external clock signal at the RS input.

FEATURES

· Wide supply voltage range from 1.0 V to 5.5 V, optimized for 1.0 V to 3.6 V.

· CMOS technology ensures low power dissipation.

· Latch-up performance exceeds 100 mA per JESD 78 Class II Level B.

· Accepts TTL input levels between VCC = 2.7 V and VCC = 3.6 V.

· ESD protection: HBM exceeds 2000 V, CDM exceeds 1000 V.
