DESCRIPTION

· The 74LVC161 is a synchronous presettable 4-bit binary counter with an internal look-ahead carry.

· It operates synchronously with all flip-flops clocked on the positive edge of the clock (CP).

· Outputs (Q0 to Q3) can be preset HIGH or LOW via the parallel enable input (PE).

· Features an asynchronous reset (MR) that sets all outputs LOW regardless of other inputs.
