DESCRIPTION

· The 74LVC163 is a synchronous presettable 4-bit binary counter with internal look-ahead carry for high-speed counting.

· It operates on the positive edge of the clock (CP) and allows synchronous reset and preset functionality.

· The counter can be preset via parallel enable input (PE) and reset via master reset input (MR).

· It supports cascading through count enable inputs (CEP and CET) and a terminal count output (TC).
