DESCRIPTION

· The 74LVC1G123 is a single retriggerable monostable multivibrator with Schmitt trigger inputs.
· Output pulse width is controlled by external resistor (R EXT) and capacitor (C EXT), retriggering, or direct reset.
· Inputs can be driven from 3.3 V or 5 V devices, suitable for mixed voltage environments.
· Features I OFF circuitry for partial power-down applications.

FEATURES

· Wide supply voltage range: 1.65 V to 5.5 V.
· High noise immunity and CMOS low power consumption.
· Retriggerable for long pulses up to 100% duty factor.
· Schmitt trigger on all inputs for tolerance to slow rise/fall times.
· Direct interface with TTL levels and inputs accept up to 5.5 V.
· ESD protection: HBM exceeds 2000 V, CDM exceeds 1000 V.
