DESCRIPTION

· The 74LVC1G99 is a low-voltage, ultra-configurable multiple function gate with 3-state output.
· It can be configured as AND, OR, NAND, NOR, XOR, XNOR, inverter, buffer, and MUX without external components.
· Features Schmitt trigger inputs for tolerance to slowly changing signals and over-voltage tolerance.
· Suitable for mixed-voltage applications and partial power-down scenarios with I OFF circuitry.
· Operates over a supply voltage range from 1.65 V to 5.5 V.
