DESCRIPTION

· The 74LVC2T45 and 74LVCH2T45 are dual-bit, dual-supply translating transceivers with 3-state outputs, enabling bidirectional level translation.

· They feature two 2-bit input-output ports (nA and nB), a direction control input (DIR), and dual supply pins (VCC(A) and VCC(B)).

· Both VCC(A) and VCC(B) can operate between 1.2 V and 5.5 V, making them suitable for translating between various low voltage nodes.

· The devices support partial power-down applications using IOFF circuitry, which disables the output to prevent damaging backflow current.

· In suspend mode, when either VCC(A) or VCC(B) is at GND level, both ports enter a high-impedance OFF-state.

· The 74LVCH2T45 includes active bus hold circuitry to maintain valid logic levels on unused or floating data inputs.
