DESCRIPTION

· The 74LVT162373 is a 3.3 V 16-bit transparent D-type latch with 30 Ω termination resistors and 3-state outputs.
· It can function as two 8-bit latches or one 16-bit latch.
· When the latch enable (LE) is HIGH, outputs follow inputs; when LOW, outputs are latched.
· Designed for applications requiring reduced noise, such as memory address drivers and bus receivers.
