DESCRIPTION

· The 74LVT16373A is a 16-bit D-type transparent latch with 3-state outputs, configurable as two 8-bit or one 16-bit latch.

· It includes two latch enables (1LE and 2LE) and two output enables (1OE and 2OE), each managing 8 bits.

· Data inputs are captured when nLE is HIGH and stored when nLE transitions from HIGH to LOW.

· Outputs enter a high-impedance state when nOE is HIGH, without affecting the latch state.

· Bus hold on data inputs eliminates the need for external pull-up resistors.

FEATURES

· Operates with a supply voltage range of 2.7 V to 3.6 V.

· BiCMOS technology provides high speed and strong output drive.

· Outputs can source +64 mA and sink -32 mA.

· TTL level compatibility and overvoltage tolerant inputs up to 5.5 V.

· Supports live insertion/extraction and includes power-up reset and 3-state features.
