The 74VHC126BQ-Q100X and 74VHCT126BQ-Q100X are high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices that are pin compatible with Low-power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). These devices provide four non-inverting buffer/line drivers with 3-state outputs and are compliant with JEDEC standard No. 7-A. The output enable input (nOE) controls the 3-state outputs (nY), with a LOW level at pin nOE causing the outputs to assume a high-impedance OFF-state. These products are qualified to the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 1), making them suitable for automotive applications.
