DESCRIPTION

· The ADF4153 is a fractional-N frequency synthesizer for wireless receivers and transmitters.

· It includes a low noise digital phase frequency detector, precision charge pump, and programmable reference divider.

· Features a Σ-Δ based fractional interpolator for programmable fractional-N division.

· Operates with a power supply from 2.7 V to 3.3 V and supports power-down mode.

· Controlled via a simple 3-wire interface.
