DESCRIPTION

· The ADM690–ADM695 family provides single-chip solutions for power supply monitoring and battery control in microprocessor systems.

· Functions include µP reset, backup battery switchover, watchdog timer, CMOS RAM write protection, and power failure warning.

· Available in 8-pin and 16-pin DIP packages with additional features in 16-pin versions.
