DESCRIPTION

· The ADNS-2080 is a low-power, compact optical mouse sensor by Avago Technologies.
· Designed for battery-sensitive applications like cordless input devices.
· Features high-speed motion detection up to 30 ips and 20 g.
· Includes an on-chip oscillator and requires an external resistor for LED current.
· Forms a complete mouse tracking system with ADNS-5110-001 lens, LED clip, and IR/Red LED.

· Eliminates the need for precision optical alignment, suitable for high-volume assembly.
· Programmable via a two-wire serial port and housed in an 8-pin staggered DIP.
