DESCRIPTION

· The Broadcom® HCPL-354 is an AC input phototransistor optocoupler with a 4-pin mini-flat SMD package.
· It features a phototransistor optically coupled to two inverse-parallel LEDs, enabling direct operation by AC input current.
· The compact design offers a 30% smaller volume compared to conventional DIP types, with a 2.0 mm profile.
· It provides an input-output isolation voltage of 3750 Vrms, a typical response time of 4 µs, and a minimum CTR of 20% at ±1 mA input current.
