DESCRIPTION

· The AOZ59141DI is a 40 V high-efficiency synchronous buck dual MOSFET driver designed for both High-Side and Low-Side N-channel MOSFETs.
· Optimized for synchronous buck configurations, it features a Low-Side driver capable of sinking up to 4 A, ensuring gate-off stability during high transient dv/dt.
· Includes Tri-State PWM and FCCM outputs for precise MOSFET switching control, compatible with 5 V CMOS logic.
· Integrated bootstrap switch and diode emulation mode for asynchronous operation and enhanced light-load performance.
