DESCRIPTION

· The AOZ7203AV is a Zero Bridge Loss AlphaZBLTM Controller designed to control two external N-channel MOSFETs, replacing two low-side diodes in AC/DC diode-bridge applications. It enhances power supply efficiency, reduces power consumption and heat dissipation, and facilitates achieving titanium level efficiency while shortening engineering development time. The controller senses AC input voltage, minimizes forward conduction loss, and is self-powered from the AC line without requiring an additional voltage supply. It is available in an SO8 package.
