DESCRIPTION

· Avago's AT-41511 and AT-41533 are cost-effective, high-frequency NPN bipolar transistors.
· AT-41533 uses 3-lead SOT-23, AT-41511 uses lower parasitic 4-lead SOT-143.
· 4μm emitter-to-emitter pitch ensures high performance.
· 14-emitter finger interdigitated geometry provides easy impedance matching, low noise, and moderate power.
· Optimized for 5-8V bias, performs well at 2.7V.
· Fabricated using 10GHz fT SAT process, nitride passivated for surface protection.
· Ion-implantation, self-alignment, and gold metallization ensure uniformity and reliability.

APPLICATIONS
