DESCRIPTION

· The BOS1921 is a single-chip piezo actuator driver with energy recovery, based on Boreas' patented CapDrive™ technology.

· It operates from a 3 to 5.5 V supply voltage and can drive actuators with waveforms up to 190 Vpk-pk.

· Features high-resolution piezo sensing capabilities for automatic haptic feedback.

· Includes a digital front end with MIPI I3C/I2C interface for easy integration and configuration.

· Supports multi-actuator synchronization and has a fast start-up time of less than 300 µs.

FEATURES

· High-voltage low power piezo driver capable of driving 100 nF at 190 Vpk-pk and 300 Hz with only 350 mW consumption.

· Advanced piezo sensing with 7.6 mV resolution and interrupt generation.

· Integrated digital front end with 1024 sample internal FIFO and waveform synthesizer.
