DESCRIPTION
· The MC34VR500 is a high-performance, multi-output DC/DC regulator designed for QorIQ LS1/T1 family of communications processors.
· It integrates four switching and five linear regulators to power the entire system, including the processor, DDR memory, and system peripherals.
· The device is built using SMARTMOS technology with integrated power MOSFETs.

· Four buck converters: SW1 (4.5A), SW2 (2.0A), SW3 (2.5A), SW4 (1.0A, VTT tracking regulator).
· Five general-purpose linear regulators.
· Supports DDR termination reference voltage for DDR3L and DDR4.
