DESCRIPTION



· The C8051F326/7 is a Full Speed USB, 16 kB Flash MCU family compliant with USB specification 2.0.

· It features an integrated USB function controller, on-chip debug circuitry, and a high-speed 8051 µC core.

· The device supports full speed (12 Mbps) or low speed (1.5 Mbps) operation with integrated clock recovery.



FEATURES



· USB 2.0 compliant with integrated transceiver and 256 Byte USB buffer memory.

· On-chip debug circuitry supports full speed, non-intrusive in-system debug.

· High-speed 8051 µC core with pipelined instruction architecture, achieving up to 25 MIPS.

· 16 kB in-system programmable Flash memory and 1536 bytes internal RAM.

· Digital peripherals include 15 Port I/O, enhanced UART, and two 16-bit timers.

· Voltage supply input ranges from 2.7 to 5.25 V with on-chip voltage regulator support.

· Precision internal oscillator with 0.25% accuracy and external CMOS clock support.

· Available in a 28-pin QFN package with a temperature range of –40 to +85 °C.
