DESCRIPTION
· The FAN3223-25 family consists of dual 4 A gate drivers designed for low-side switching applications, driving N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFETs with high peak current pulses during short switching intervals.
· Available with TTL or CMOS input thresholds, these drivers feature an under-voltage lockout function, ensuring the output remains LOW until the supply voltage is within the operating range.
· Matched internal propagation delays between A and B channels are provided for critical timing applications, such as synchronous rectifiers, and allow parallel connection to double the current capability.
· The drivers incorporate MillerDrive™ architecture, combining bipolar-MOSFET technology to minimize switching loss during the MOSFET turn-on/turn-off process, offering rail-to-rail voltage swing and reverse current capability.
· The FAN3223 offers dual inverting drivers, the FAN3224 offers dual non-inverting drivers, and the FAN3225 allows configuration as non-inverting or inverting with an optional enable function.
