DESCRIPTION

· The H11LX series consists of a GaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a high-speed integrated circuit detector.

· The output detector includes a Schmitt trigger for noise immunity and pulse shaping.

· Available in a 6-pin DIP package with wide-lead spacing and SMD options.
