DESCRIPTION
· The HEF4046B is a phase-locked loop circuit featuring a linear Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) and two phase comparators.
· It includes a common signal input amplifier and comparator input, with an optional 7 V Zener diode for supply voltage regulation.
· Operates within a VDD range of 3 V to 15 V, referenced to VSS (ground).
· Unused inputs should be connected to VDD, VSS, or another input.
