DESCRIPTION

· The HEF4541B is a programmable timer featuring a 16-stage binary counter and an integrated oscillator.

· It uses external timing components (R_TC and C_TC) to determine the oscillator frequency, ranging from 1 Hz to 100 kHz.

· An external clock signal at the RS input can replace the internal oscillator.

· The timer includes an automatic power-on reset and output control logic.
