DESCRIPTION

· The device is a 6-bit bidirectional dual voltage level translator compliant with SD 3.0.

· It interfaces between a memory card operating at 1.8V or 2.9V and a host with a supply voltage of 1.2V to 3.3V.

· Supports SD 3.0 modes: SDR50, DDR50, SDR25, SDR12, and SD 2.0 High-Speed (50MHz) and Default-Speed (25MHz).

· Includes a switchable voltage regulator, EMI filters, and robust ESD protection (IEC 61000-4-2, level 4).
