DESCRIPTION

· The IP4856CX25/C is a 6-bit bidirectional dual voltage level translator compliant with SD 3.0.

· It interfaces between a memory card (1.8V or 2.9V) and a host (1.7V to 3.6V).

· Supports SD 3.0, SDR104, SDR50, DDR50, SDR25, SDR12, and SD 2.0 modes.

· Includes a low dropout regulator, EMI filters, and ESD protection (IEC 61000-4-2, level 4).

FEATURES

· Supports clock rates up to 208 MHz.

· Compliant with SD 3.0 specifications for voltage translation.

· 100 mA low dropout regulator for card-side I/Os.

· Integrated pull-up/pull-down resistors and EMI filters.
